The Time Isn’t Fungible Rant

The SMH flying bus has made lots of stops this month. One destination was Chapel Hill, North Carolina where we celebrated our tenth year of serving on the faculty of the North Carolina School of Banking. These bankers are fun to be with, eager learners and open to lots of out-of-the-box thinking.

One discussion focused on time. One of the bankers asked (I’ll paraphrase),"help me understand how I can find the time to do everything the bank wants me to do inside the office and still make my 20 business development calls each month?”
