Plain and simple, Dwight Lampley is one of banking’s top sales and sales management facilitators and coaches.  With three decades experience in banking, Dwight has the flexibility to work with audiences as senior as CEOs and Boards of Directors and as junior as the newest, youngest teller.  He has worked with more than 35,000 bankers in disciplines ranging from corporate, middle market, wealth management, small business and retail. 

Prior to leading our Education and Coaching Division, Dwight held training and consulting positions for two top industry training firms. He was also Senior Vice President of First American National Bank in Nashville, TN. Dwight has served on the faculty of Mid South School of Banking – Memphis University, South Carolina Banking School – University of South Carolina, and Pacific Coast Banking School – University of Washington.
