Holly has extensive experience in consulting on sales and sales management practices, initiative implementation, and incentive plans. Holly works directly with our clients to design training programs tailored to their unique circumstances. She says, “If I do my job right, then the training class participants feel that the course was designed by their own bank.”

Before joining St. Meyer & Hubbard, she worked with two global consulting firms where she was responsible for managing client relationships with heavyweights such as Wachovia Bank and Scotiabank, among many others. A banking veteran, Holly spent ten years at St. Paul Federal Bank in a variety of positions, including Branch Manager, Senior Investment Representative, Senior Personal Banker, and Senior Training Specialist.

She has been licensed for Series 7 and Series 63, and earned a Life Producers License.
