Mike has been helping banks enhance their sales performance for more than 22 years. Mike excels in helping banks maximize relationships with their high net worth clientele in trust, investment, private banking, and wealth management initiatives.
He provides one-on-one coaching to executives, sales managers, and salespeople for both retail and business banking. Mike says, “I really love doing one-on-one coaching where I can make such a lasting improvement in a salesperson’s performance by showing them how to ask the right questions.”
A respected industry expert and sought after speaker, for the past 10 years, Mike has facilitated the Bank Insurance Securities Association’s premier sales management workshop.
Armed with an economics degree from the University of Illinois, Mike served as sales manager, executive coach and consultant for banks, brokerage firms, and trust companies throughout the country including SunGard Wealth Management Services and The Institute for Financial Education
